Hosting and data processing
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc., a U.S.-based hosting and form-processing provider. Data submitted through the contact and qualification forms is received and stored through Netlify Forms.
Information collected
This site and the ad forms associated with our campaigns collect the following information when you voluntarily provide it:
- Project contact formName, email, project type, budget range, timeline, whether you already have a website, message and consent. Purpose: reply to your inquiry and evaluate the requested scope.
- Qualification and audit formsName, email, optional phone number, requested service or website URL, depending on the path you choose. Purpose: prepare a relevant discovery call or website audit.
- Source of website inquiriesWhen available, campaign parameters in the URL and the referring website’s domain accompany a submitted form. Purpose: understand where inquiries come from and evaluate campaigns.
- Meta ad form (Facebook or Instagram)Full name, email, company name and activity, and an optional phone number. Purpose: respond to a request for a Camille demonstration and prepare that conversation. This form is hosted by Meta, not by this website.
- Calendly appointment bookingWhen you follow the external booking link, Calendly collects the information shown in its booking form under its privacy notice.
- Anonymous Plausible analyticsNo personal data. Aggregated statistics: pages viewed, duration, country (via immediately-anonymized IP, EU-hosted). See Plausible policy.

Email processing
Notifications from the website's forms are sent through Resend to PrimeDev’s professional mailbox. Contact details and the request are processed by these providers, potentially outside Canada, to handle your inquiry. Access and deletion requests also cover retained email copies, subject to applicable obligations. The Standelle voice service requires a separate agreement covering its configured providers, recording, transcripts, calendars and retention.
Demo requests through Meta
If you complete our ad form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the information shown in that form and passes your request to PrimeDev Studios through its business tools. PrimeDev uses it to contact you about the demonstration you requested and prepare that conversation, by email or by phone if you provide a number. This does not automatically subscribe you to a newsletter or start a Messenger conversation. Meta's own privacy policy also governs its processing; information may be processed outside Quebec. To exercise your rights concerning copies received by PrimeDev, contact the email address shown above.
Data retention
- Contact + qualification formsUp to 24 months after the last exchange, then deleted unless a legal or contractual obligation requires longer retention. You may request earlier deletion where applicable.
- Demo requests received through MetaCopies kept by PrimeDev follow the same 24-month limit after the last exchange, unless an applicable obligation requires otherwise. Retention within Meta's tools depends on its own rules and settings.
- Calendly appointmentsRetained according to Calendly's current policy and the account settings used for booking.
- Plausible statisticsNever associated with an individual, retained indefinitely as anonymous aggregates.
Use of data
Your information is used to respond to inquiries, prepare calls or audits, evaluate project fit and maintain necessary business records.
Third-party services used
Your privacy rights
Your rights depend on the law that applies to your situation. Quebec's private-sector privacy law may provide rights of access, rectification and, where statutory conditions are met, portability, cessation of dissemination or de-indexing. GDPR rights apply only where the regulation's territorial scope is met.
Data security
Connections to this site use HTTPS/TLS. This public website hosts no customer accounts and does not ask for payment-card information. Access controls, provider safeguards and data minimization reduce risk, but no online service can promise absolute security.
Privacy incidents
In accordance with section 3.5 of the Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector, a privacy incident presenting a risk of serious injury will be reported to the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec (CAI) and affected persons as required. A privacy-incident register is maintained as required by law.
